Refund policy


The sale of all items are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in the event of a manufacturing defect or other extenuating circumstances in which case please reach out to support@fruitykeeb.xyz.

Cancellations

We understand that preferences change and issues may arise during a Group-Buy (GB) or Pre-Order period. If you need to cancel your GB or Pre-Order order for any reason, please email support@fruitykeeb.xyz before the GB or Pre-Order period has ended for a refund. All cancelled orders are subject to a 4% cancellation fee.

Exchanges

Purchases may not be exchanged.

Shipping

Original costs of shipping are non-refundable and in the event a return can be made, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return your item. If we provide you with a shipping label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

In the event that a refund is issued, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the return is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
